Law 1581 of 2012 gives you these rights before Skyzer S.A.S., the controller of Plataly. You, your successors or your representative can exercise them.

To protect your data, we will send a code to the email or mobile we have on file. We will never ask you by chat for your full document, account or card number.

Response times

Requests: 10 business days

Extendable by 5 business days, with notice before the deadline.

Complaints: 15 business days

Extendable by 8 business days. Meanwhile, the data is flagged as “complaint in progress”.

If you are not satisfied

After this process, you can go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Nothing. Accessing your data is free at least once every calendar month.

You can write to us here. If the business processes the data, we handle your request with it within the same deadline or forward it and let you know.

What data do you delete if I ask?

Data that is not needed for current installments and does not have to be kept by law. We send you in writing the list of what was deleted and what is kept, with the reason.
