Can Plataly message my customers for me?
Plataly sends friendly email notices before each date. WhatsApp reminders are sent by you from your phone, with an approved text and within permitted hours. Plataly does not make calls or handle payments.
Do you have an office or service point?
We do not serve the public in an office. During the pilot in Medellín we can visit your business to show you Plataly.
Can someone show me Plataly at my business?
Yes, during the pilot in Medellín. Join the waitlist and tick the visit box; we will message you on WhatsApp to agree on a day and time.
I do not recognize a sale in my name. What do I do?
Use the personal data form and choose “I don’t recognize a sale”. We suspend the sale while we review and reply in writing.
