Corporate plan
For more than 5,000 active customers, by contract: API access, a 99.9% service level agreement and an account manager. From COP 990,000 per month plus the per-customer fee of the tier.
*Business: all customers in the month pay the fee of the tier reached (COP 350 from 101 to 500, COP 250 from 501 to 1,000 and COP 200 from 1,001 to 5,000), and the amount is never lower than the top of the previous tier. **Corporate: COP 170 per customer from 5,001 to 20,000, COP 150 from 20,001 to 50,000 and COP 120 from 50,001. The Free plan includes 10 active customers during the first 6 months after launch; then 5, with 30 days’ notice.

What happens if an invoice is overdue?
We let you know when it is due and before any pause. It is all in the terms for businesses.
Interest only for the delay
An overdue invoice accrues simple late interest, only on its amount, at the maximum legal rate. No interest on interest and no other surcharges.
Pause after 2 overdue invoices
You keep seeing everything and handling what is pending, but you cannot record new sales, store credit accounts or customers until you are up to date.
Your customers are not affected
They keep seeing their installments, paying you and getting their receipts. Plataly never tells them about your invoice.
Coupons for partners
Free months or a discount on Pro
If your business is a Plataly partner, we can give you a coupon for free months, a discount or a special price. You redeem it in Settings, one at a time.
Only your business pays the fee
A coupon only changes what your business pays Plataly. It never creates a charge or a benefit for your customers.
Questions about the plans
What is an active customer?
A customer with at least one sale to accept or an active sale in the month. They count once, even if they have several sales with you.
What happens if I go over 100 customers on Pro?
We let you know at 90 and at 100. Going over 100 does not block anything: at month end you move to the Business plan, with prior notice. If you prefer not to, you turn on a cap of 100 customers.
How do I pay for the plan?
With Bold, recorded instantly, or through Bre-B to the Skyzer S.A.S. key, which we validate within 1 business day. The invoice arrives on the 1st of each month and is due in 10 days.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no lock-in: you close your account and from that day no more invoices are issued. What you already owed stays until you pay it, and you have 60 days to download your books.
What happens if I do not pay an invoice on time?
It accrues simple late interest at the maximum legal rate. After 2 overdue invoices your account is paused for new activity; paying reactivates it. Your customers are not affected.
Do my customers pay Plataly anything?
No. Only your business pays the fee, and the terms forbid you from passing it on to your customers.
