About us: we make store credit clear for both sides.

Plataly is a Colombian tool to keep the store credit and installment sales of neighborhood businesses in writing, with a receipt for every payment.

Why does Plataly exist?

In Colombian neighborhoods, selling on credit is part of everyday life. The corner store writes the week’s groceries in a notebook, the phone shop sells in installments and the hair salon lets a client pay on Friday. It works because there is trust, but the account lives on paper that only one side sees.

When the notebook gets wet, gets lost or does not match what the customer remembers, trust suffers. Plataly was born in Medellín so that store credit and installment sales are written down and clear for both: the business knows how much it still has to receive and the customer knows what they accepted, how much they have paid and when the next installment is due.

Plataly is a service of Skyzer S.A.S. Our mission is that every installment sale and every store credit purchase is clear and fair for both sides, without lending money or touching anyone’s money. We are starting in Colombia; other countries will come later.

What we believe

Three ideas guide every product decision.

Store credit works when both know what was agreed

That is why every sale is in writing and the customer accepts it with a code before starting to pay.

What is paid is seen

Every payment leaves a receipt for the customer and a clear line in the business’s books. That ends arguments over amounts.

The money belongs to the business

Plataly does not lend, does not receive payments and charges customers nothing. We live off the plan the business pays.

How do we work?

Rules that do not change with the plan you choose. They are in our terms and in the data processing policy.

  • Plataly does not lend money or receive the money from sales: customers pay the business directly
  • No charge tied to a sale reaches the customer: no late interest and no surcharges
  • No defaulter lists: a business never sees what the customer has with another
  • Nationality, document type and neighborhood never count for points or limits
  • Reminders arrive within permitted hours and respectfully, never in collection-agency language
  • Sign up with a Colombian ID, foreigner ID, PPT or passport
  • Clear prices, taxes included and no lock-in
