Customer questions
Do I have to pay Plataly anything?
No. You pay the business, as always. Plataly charges you nothing and does not receive your money.
How do I see my installments and receipts?
From the link you got by email when the business recorded the sale. You do not need to download anything or create a password.
What if I do not agree with an installment?
Before accepting you can reject the agreement. Afterwards, use the “I don’t agree” button and the business gets your complaint in writing.
I paid an installment and it does not show in my link. What do I do?
Ask the business to record the payment; when it does, you get the receipt. If it does not, use “I don’t agree” to leave the complaint in writing.
Can I stop receiving reminders?
Yes. Use “No more reminders” in your link and the change applies right away.
Can another business see what I buy?
No. Each business sees only what you bought and paid with it. Plataly does not make defaulter lists or share your information between businesses.
Can the dates of my installments change?
No. The dates you accepted do not change. If you and the business want other terms, the business records a new agreement and you decide whether to accept it.
